Description

A delicious snack made from crispy cheese tortellini, seasoned with herbs and served with dipping sauces.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz Cheese tortellini, fresh or refrigerated
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping
  • Ranch dressing or pesto for dipping

Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tortellini mixture and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve warm with marinara sauce and ranch dressing or pesto for dipping.

Notes

Do not overcook the tortellini to keep their shape. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
