Description
A delicious snack made from crispy cheese tortellini, seasoned with herbs and served with dipping sauces.
Ingredients
- 20 oz Cheese tortellini, fresh or refrigerated
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce for dipping
- Ranch dressing or pesto for dipping
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tortellini mixture and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce and ranch dressing or pesto for dipping.
Notes
Do not overcook the tortellini to keep their shape. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
