Description

Crispy wonton shells filled with a creamy mixture of crab meat, cream cheese, and seasonings, making a classic appetizer perfect for any party.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in each wonton wrapper and fold to seal.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry wontons until golden brown.
  4. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
