Description
A simple yet elegant dish of salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes or asparagus
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 Lemon, Zest and juice of
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin garlic & fine herbs cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Arrange cherry tomatoes or asparagus around the salmon on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season everything with salt and black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Ensure salmon fillets are of even thickness for uniform cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
