Baked Boursin Salmon

Description

A simple yet elegant dish of salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes or asparagus
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 Lemon, Zest and juice of
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin garlic & fine herbs cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Arrange cherry tomatoes or asparagus around the salmon on the baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season everything with salt and black pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

Ensure salmon fillets are of even thickness for uniform cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
