Description
A quick and rich chicken dish cooked in butter and coated in Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and perfectly combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with that luscious buttery cheese mixture.
- Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, pound the chicken to even thickness and use freshly grated Parmesan.
