Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; season chicken pieces.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add remaining butter, garlic, and cooked for 1 minute; drizzle lemon juice over chicken and cook until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan for best searing. Use fresh ingredients for maximum flavor.
