Description

Quick and flavorful bite-sized chicken pieces with a zesty lemon and savory garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; season chicken pieces.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Add remaining butter, garlic, and cooked for 1 minute; drizzle lemon juice over chicken and cook until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan for best searing. Use fresh ingredients for maximum flavor.
