Description

Ingredients
- 26 oz French fries, frozen
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne powder
- 2 tsp Ranch seasoning powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp White pepper, ground
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Milk
- 8 oz White cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crisp.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add in the cayenne powder, ranch seasoning, salt, and white pepper.
- Cook the sauce until it thickens, then stir in the white cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the cheese sauce over the cooked French fries and serve.
Notes
Serve hot to keep the sauce creamy. Store fries and sauce separately in airtight containers for up to 2 days.
