Main Ingredients
  • 8 slices Deli roast beef
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese Can substitute with Swiss or cheddar
  • 1 can Biscuit dough, refrigerated Follow package instructions for preparation
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Liquid Ingredients
  • 1 cup Beef broth Can substitute with chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
For Baking
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted for brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Prepare the biscuit dough as instructed. Roll out or separate the biscuits.
Assembly
  1. Place slices of deli roast beef and provolone cheese on each biscuit.
  2. Fold the biscuits over and seal the edges.
Baking
  1. Place biscuits on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature until warm.
