Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan until shimmering.
- Add beef cubes or steak bites. Sear until browned, about 3 minutes.
- Toss in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything to combine well.
Frying the Rice
- In a separate hot pan, add a splash of oil and the cooked rice.
- Stir-fry the rice with an egg until lightly golden.
Serving
- Plate the beef and veggies beside the fried rice. Enjoy hot.
