  • 1 1/4 cups Greek Yogurt Full-fat or 2% for best texture
  • 1 cup Granola Crunchy mix with low sugar
Chocolate Protein Mixture
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate protein powder Use a good-tasting chocolate brand
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter Room temperature for easy mixing
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds Adds texture
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds Adds texture and nutrition
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances chocolate flavor
Topping
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips For sweet crunch
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Nuts Roughly chopped for crunch

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Spoon 1 1/4 cups of Greek yogurt into a bowl and spread it evenly.
  2. Layer sliced banana over one half of the bowl and scatter berries on top.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup of granola evenly over the fruits, ensuring yogurt edges remain visible.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla essence, chia seeds, and hemp seeds until smooth.
  5. Drizzle or dollop the chocolate protein mixture over the granola layer.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of chocolate chips and a pinch of salt.
  7. Top with roughly chopped mixed nuts for additional crunch.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a chilled dessert.

Notes
