Ingredients

Pasta and Lobster
  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta Use your choice of pasta.
  • 2 pieces lobster tails, shell removed and chopped Look for fresh, firm lobster tails.
Sauce
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Avoid browning garlic to prevent bitterness.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • Lemon wedges For serving.

Method

Cooking the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, boil salted water and add the pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
Preparing the Lobster
  1. While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  2. Gently add the chopped lobster to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until it turns pink and opaque.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta. Add the pasta to the skillet with the lobster, and pour in a bit of reserved pasta water.
  2. Stir gently to combine, allowing the sauce to coat the pasta.
Final Seasoning and Serving
  1. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Plate the pasta beautifully and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
  2. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
