Ingredients
  

For the Pasta and Steak
  • 400 g Spaghetti Cook until al dente.
  • 450 g Sirloin or ribeye steak Look for good marbling for juicy results.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced for cooking.
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh For garnish and added flavor.
Spices & Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper To season the steak.
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning For seasoning the steak.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste.
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter For sautéing the garlic.
  • 100 g Cream cheese Adds creaminess to the sauce.
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream For the sauce base.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Melted into the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese For added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook spaghetti until al dente for about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta cooks, season the steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the seasoned steak to the skillet, sear for 4-6 minutes on each side until your preferred doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the same skillet, stirring and bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the drained spaghetti and sliced steak back into the sauce, tossing to coat.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side salad and garlic bread, if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, consider adding jalapeños or red pepper flakes. This dish keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, warm gently and add a splash of cream or milk if needed.
