Preparation
- Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook spaghetti until al dente for about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, season the steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the seasoned steak to the skillet, sear for 4-6 minutes on each side until your preferred doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Pour heavy cream into the same skillet, stirring and bringing to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add the drained spaghetti and sliced steak back into the sauce, tossing to coat.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side salad and garlic bread, if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, consider adding jalapeños or red pepper flakes. This dish keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, warm gently and add a splash of cream or milk if needed.
