Preparation of the Cream Base
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
Folding in Fruits
- Gently fold in the mixed fresh fruits using a large spoon or spatula.
- Be careful not to overmix to keep the fruit pieces intact.
Serving Prep
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow serving bowl and smooth the top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
Chilling
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Keep bananas for last before serving to avoid browning. Optionally, serve with a mint leaf for garnish and as a dessert plate alongside cookies.
