Fruit Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits Suggestions include strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and bananas.
  • to taste caramel sauce Drizzle on top before serving.

Method
 

Preparation of the Cream Base
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
Folding in Fruits
  1. Gently fold in the mixed fresh fruits using a large spoon or spatula.
  2. Be careful not to overmix to keep the fruit pieces intact.
Serving Prep
  1. Transfer the mixture to a shallow serving bowl and smooth the top.
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
Chilling
  1. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Keep bananas for last before serving to avoid browning. Optionally, serve with a mint leaf for garnish and as a dessert plate alongside cookies.
