- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix together cooked chicken, baby spinach, parsley, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
Cooking
- Optional: Grill the wraps in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with a small salad or fresh veggies. A simple dip like sour cream or plain yogurt works well. Store wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
