  • 2 cups Chicken, cooked
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 3 cups Biscuit dough, refrigerated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic powder, parsley, Alfredo sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into pieces and add them to the chicken mixture. Stir until the biscuit pieces are coated.
  4. Grease a bundt pan and layer half of the biscuit mixture into the pan, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it.
  5. Add the remaining biscuit mixture on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
  8. Pull apart and enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm. It's excellent as a snack or main dish, especially paired with a side salad or steamed vegetables. To store leftovers, let them cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
