  • 1 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce Store-bought for convenience.
  • 1 32 oz bag frozen tater tots Do not thaw before using.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with mozzarella.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use extra for a golden crust.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce, stirring until it’s a creamy mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top the chicken mixture with the frozen tater tots, arranging them as desired.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.
  6. Season with a dash of salt and a sprinkle of pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, let the casserole cool to room temperature before storing. It can be frozen for up to 2 months.
