Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.
- Place a few chocolate chips at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle starting at the wide end and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Optional: Brush the tops with a beaten egg for shine.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the tops.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store cooled crescents in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze unbaked crescents up to 1 month. For reheating, use the oven for best results.
