Burger Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1.5 lb Ground chuck
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
Toppings
  • 1 head Lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 package Hamburger buns

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground chuck, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing mix. Form the mixture into patties.
Cooking
  1. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  2. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  3. Toast the hamburger buns until golden.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the patty with melted cheese, and a dollop of sour cream on top.
  2. Add the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve these burgers hot right after you make them. Pair with fries, a simple salad, or pickles on the side. Optional: add extra ketchup, mustard, or more sour cream for more flavor.
