Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the boneless chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour this luscious cream mixture over the chicken.
  5. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes around the chicken in the baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden.
  2. Finish off with a sprinkle of fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Cool the dish to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate. Use within 3 to 4 days. Reheat gently. Consider adding spinach or Parmesan for richness.
