  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 8 oz Penne pasta Cook until al dente.
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp Olive oil For sautéing
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For the sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For richness

Preparation
  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture, stirring gently to coat.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with more Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For variations, try adding red pepper flakes for a spicy version or use turkey for a lighter dish. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
