Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces Look for fresh, high-quality breasts.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can replace with coconut milk for a healthier version.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for best results.
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning Additional for the sauce.
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley For garnish.
For the Fries
  • 1 1/2 lbs frozen or homemade French fries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your oven or air fryer for the French fries and cook according to package directions until golden and crispy.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add seasoned chicken, and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  2. Melt butter in the skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, taking care not to let the garlic burn.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes; let simmer until thick and creamy.
  4. Toss the chicken in the creamy sauce until well coated.
Serving
  1. Serve with French fries, garnished with parsley and red pepper flakes.

Notes

This dish stays fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge when stored in an airtight container. If freezing, it can last for up to 2 months.
