- Season the chicken by coating it with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the cut potatoes in vegetable oil and salt until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- In a hot skillet with olive oil, sear the seasoned chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, and chili flakes. Simmer until thickened.
Serving
- Place a chicken breast on each plate, top with creamy sauce, and serve the fries on the side.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and chili flakes.
Notes
