- Season the salmon and shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika to enhance their natural flavors.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes.
- Remove the salmon and melt butter in the same pan. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, approximately 2–3 minutes.
- Steam broccoli until tender, around 3 minutes.
- Warm the corn in a small saucepan while the broccoli steams.
- Plate the salmon, shrimp, broccoli, and corn. Garnish with parsley and a lemon slice.
Notes
For an even better flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine to the garlic butter during cooking. This dish is best served immediately with rice or a refreshing cucumber salad.
