  • 1 cup chicken broth Use low-sodium broth if preferred.
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced) Any color of bell pepper works.
  • 1 each onion (chopped) A medium onion is ideal.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking the Sausage
  1. In a large pot or skillet, place the sliced Cajun sausage over medium heat until browned.
Sautéing Vegetables

Mixing Ingredients
