Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel, core, and cut the pineapple into even bite-sized chunks.
- In a large bowl, mix the pineapple chunks with honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, salt, and oil until well coated.
Cooking
- Place the coated pineapple chunks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until caramelized and golden-brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for two months. Reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes.
