Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef along with minced garlic. Cook until the beef is fully browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Seasoning the Beef
  1. Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning during the last minute of cooking.
Preparing the Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Cooking the Broccoli
  1. While the potatoes roast, steam or sauté broccoli in a pot for about 4-5 minutes until just tender.
Assembling the Bowl
  1. In a serving bowl, layer the seasoned beef, crispy potatoes, and broccoli. Top with fresh parsley and cracked pepper.
