Ingredients
  

For the beef skewers
  • 500 g beef steak, cut into cubes Choose steak with good marbling for flavor.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce if necessary.
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the fries and salad
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries Soak in cold water for 30 minutes for crispiness.
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil For frying the fries.
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 4 pieces cherry tomatoes

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Marinate the beef cubes in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Skewer the marinated beef cubes onto skewers closely together, but do not overcrowd.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill on high heat and grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and fry the potato fries for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Arrange the grilled beef skewers on a plate, accompanied by crispy fries and a fresh salad of lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle lemon juice over the salad before serving.

Notes

Serve with tangy dipping sauces like garlic mayo or spicy sriracha. This dish keeps well in the fridge for about 3 days in an airtight container, and the beef skewers can be frozen for up to 3 months.
