Method
Cooking the Bacon
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Toasting the Bread
- Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown. Avoid burning it.
Assembling the Sandwich
- On one slice of toasted bread, layer the crispy chicken strips.
- Add the chopped romaine lettuce and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the lettuce.
- Finish with the second slice of bread and gently press down.
Serving
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
