  • 6 pieces chicken drumsticks Choose firm drumsticks without discoloration
  • 3 tbsp olive oil For seasoning the chicken
  • 2 tsp paprika For seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder For seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano For seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes Cut into fries
For the Salad
  • 2 cups lettuce Shredded
  • 1 piece tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 piece red onion Sliced into rings
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For salad dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the drumsticks and generously sprinkle with spices, ensuring full coating.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Spread the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  2. While chicken bakes, slice potatoes into even strips, toss with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake or fry until golden brown and crispy, about 25-30 minutes.
Salad Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Serving
  1. Arrange the chicken, fries, and salad on a large plate for a colorful presentation.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze portions tightly for up to 3 months.
