Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 6 pieces chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
For the Sides
  • 3 cups frozen or fresh fries
  • 1 cup mixed salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion)
  • 2 pieces dipping sauces (ketchup & honey mustard)

Preparation
  1. Toss the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet and roast them in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. While the chicken is baking, prepare your fries by baking or frying them until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss together the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion for a refreshing side salad.
Serving
  1. Serve the crispy drumsticks alongside the fries, salad, and your choice of dipping sauces.

Notes

Make sure to coat the chicken evenly with the seasonings for maximum flavor. For extra crispy skin, broil the drumsticks for the last 5 minutes of cooking. You can customize the proteins or use vegan alternatives for a different option.
