  • 3–4 pieces chicken drumsticks Look for vibrant pink color and fresh, smooth skin.
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh fries Choose options without added preservatives. For gluten-free, ensure fries are certified gluten-free.
Salad Ingredients
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
Seasonings and Oils
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 pieces dipping sauces (ketchup & gravy or your favorite)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Season the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet or air fryer basket and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Prepare fries as per package instructions or fry until golden.
Salad Preparation
  1. Toss together lettuce, cucumber, and tomato in a bowl, drizzle with salt and olive oil.
Serving
  1. Plate your dish by arranging crispy chicken, fries, and salad. Add your preferred dipping sauces.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze portions for up to three months. Reheat at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
