  • 1/2 cucumber Sliced.
  • 1 medium tomato Cut into wedges.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice For dressing the salad.
  • a pinch salt Adjust to taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper until fully coated.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thick fries, ensuring uniform thickness. Rinse the cut fries in cold water to remove excess starch.
  3. Place fries on a baking sheet, season lightly with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Ensure they’re evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange wings and fries on the same baking sheet without touching each other.
  2. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  3. While baking, prepare the salad by tossing lettuce, cucumber slices, and tomato wedges with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  4. Once everything is cooked, arrange wings, fries, and salad on a platter for serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the wings overnight. Use frozen fries for a quicker prep if desired.
