- Lay out your flour tortillas on a clean surface and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across each tortilla.
- Arrange thin cucumber slices in a single layer on each tortilla.
- Carefully roll each tortilla tightly around the cucumber slices.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into pinwheels of uniform thickness.
Notes
These pinwheels keep in the fridge for about 3 days. Store them in an airtight container. For meal prep, they can be assembled a day in advance.
