- Toss the cubed sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Cooking the Steak
- In a skillet, heat on high, add seasoned steak cubes in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side.
- One minute before steak is done, add minced garlic, diced chili, and parsley.
Frying the Eggs
- Melt butter in another pan over medium heat and crack in the eggs. Fry until the whites are set and yolks remain runny.
