Cooking
- Roast the potatoes for 30–35 minutes until golden-brown and tender.
- Bake asparagus for 10 minutes, then add mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Sear the salmon fillets for 4–5 minutes per side in a hot skillet, brushing with garlic butter.
- On a serving plate, arrange roasted potatoes, cheesy asparagus, and salmon, drizzling with extra garlic butter.
