- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Coat the chicken drumsticks in the marinade thoroughly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- While the chicken marinates, heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or air fryer. Fry the potato fries until they turn a golden brown.
- Once the fries are cooked, preheat your grill to medium heat and grill the marinated drumsticks for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Assembly
- Arrange mixed lettuce, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion rings on a platter.
- Prepare the dip by mixing the mayonnaise, garlic powder, and lemon juice until smooth.
- On a large serving plate, arrange the grilled chicken beside the crispy fries and fresh salad. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with ketchup and garlic dip on the side.
