Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks Choose pieces with a good amount of fat and rich color for optimal flavor.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika Can use smoked paprika for added flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Optional, for a spicy kick.
  • to taste salt and black pepper
For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Salad
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped Choose fresh and crisp lettuce.
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, diced Choose a firm avocado for freshness.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled Can substitute with vegan cheese.

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Coat the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Prepare the Fries
  1. Toss the potato wedges in vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
Grill the Drumsticks
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated drumsticks for 25-30 minutes, turning often, until cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large serving bowl, arrange chopped lettuce, sliced tomatoes, diced avocado, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss gently to combine.
