Preparation
- Coat the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

- Prepare the buckwheat or rice according to package instructions while the chicken is roasting.
- Slice the avocado, chop the lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, and warm the corn kernels.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes until golden-brown.
Assembly
- Layer the cooked buckwheat, roasted chicken, sliced avocado, corn, lettuce, and tomatoes in a bowl.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. For freezing, it lasts up to three months.
