Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the cut fries with vegetable oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
Cooking the Fries
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Cooking the Steak
- Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel, then season liberally with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the seasoned steak cubes and sear until browned on all sides for about 3-4 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to the skillet, tossing until the steak is well-coated.
Serving
- Arrange the crispy fries next to the garlic butter steak bites on a platter, spooning any remaining sauce over the steak.
Notes
Crispy Parmesan Fries can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
