Cooking
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the marinated steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Increase the heat to high and cook for about 3-5 minutes until the steak is browned and tender.
Assembly
- In a separate bowl, toss together the lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes with lemon juice and olive oil for a fresh salad.
- Serve the crispy fries topped with the steak and vegetable mixture, alongside the salad.
