Ingredients
  

For the dip
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing For a creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on your heat preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For added flavor and creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese (optional) Use more or less based on taste.
  • as needed Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving Also good with pita chips or carrot sticks.

Preparation
  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until warmed through.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using) and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks. Enjoy with your friends and family!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or crockpot until warmed through. For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onion powder. Make it lighter with Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. You can also customize with jalapeƱos or bacon.
