  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for the best taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. Add the remaining butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and perfectly combined.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the buttery cheese mixture.
  7. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pound the chicken to even thickness for uniform cooking. Do not overcrowd the pan. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
