- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and perfectly combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the buttery cheese mixture.
- Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pound the chicken to even thickness for uniform cooking. Do not overcrowd the pan. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
