  • 1 cup Yogurt Use plain whole-milk yogurt for best results.
  • 1 3/4 cups Flour All-purpose flour works well; bread flour gives more chew.
  • 1 Egg Egg Use a good-quality egg for flavor and structure.
  • 3 tsp Baking powder Check the freshness for best results.
  • 1 tsp Granulated sugar Balances the taste.
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning Add for flavor and crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and flour until a dough forms.
  3. Add the egg, baking powder, sugar, and salt, then mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape them into bagels.
  5. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

To store: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat by toasting.
