Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and flour until a dough forms.
- Add the egg, baking powder, sugar, and salt, then mix until well combined.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape them into bagels.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
To store: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat by toasting.
