  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter For a rich taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • garnish Fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to bubble.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden. Avoid burning.
  4. Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through and spices form a crust.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  7. Add the cooked linguine back to the skillet and toss with the garlic butter until well coated.
  8. Serve linguine topped with sliced chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best results, use fresh garlic and let chicken rest after cooking. Adjust seasoning to taste, and feel free to add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
