Creamy Tomato Pasta
  • 8 oz pasta Any pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups tomato sauce Or crushed tomatoes
  • to taste salt For flavor
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder Optional for additional flavor
  • 2 Tbsp butter or olive oil For richness
Lemon Tuna Pasta
  • 8 oz pasta Any pasta of your choice
  • 1 can tuna Drained
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil For sautéing
  • 1 clove garlic Minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest For brightness
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt For flavor
  • to taste black pepper Freshly ground
  • optional capers For added flavor

Method
 

Garlic Butter Parmesan Spaghetti Cooking Steps
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.
  2. In a separate pan, melt butter and gently cook minced garlic for 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Toss the cooked spaghetti with melted butter, garlic, and a splash of pasta water.
  4. Stir in grated parmesan and ground black pepper. Adjust salt as needed.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Creamy Tomato Pasta Cooking Steps
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a saucepan, warm your tomato sauce and season with salt and garlic powder.
  3. Add a splash of pasta water and stir in butter or olive oil until glossy.
  4. Toss the drained pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
Lemon Tuna Pasta Cooking Steps
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
