- In a large bowl, add the Chex mix cereal.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Once melted, pour the white chocolate over the Chex mix and stir gently to coat.
- Chop the freeze-dried strawberries into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture.
- Sprinkle the icing sugar over the mixture and gently toss until everything is well-coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to let it cool.
- Once cooled, enjoy your fluffy strawberry shortcake puppy chow!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–5 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve in decorative bowls or as gifts in jars.
