Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the fries' package instructions.
  2. Season the sirloin steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat, and add the seasoned steak cubes. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  2. Reduce heat, add minced garlic and butter, and toss until the steak is coated.
  3. Bake the crinkle-cut fries until golden and crispy (20-25 minutes).
  4. Transfer the fries to a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder evenly on top.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve steak bites beside the cheesy fries, garnished with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.

Notes

For a kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning for a spicy version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
