Preparation
  1. Generously sprinkle salt, pepper, and dried herbs onto your cubed steak.
  2. Pour olive oil into a pan and heat it over medium-high until shimmering.
  3. Add the seasoned steak cubes to the pan, cooking until browned for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toss in butter and garlic, stirring to coat the steak until finished cooking.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the fries according to package instructions or fry fresh ones until deep golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the hot fries and let it melt.
  7. Plate the garlic butter steak bites alongside the cheesy fries.
