Preparation
  1. Toss the steak cubes in a bowl with salt, pepper, and dried herbs until well-coated.
  2. Add olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Cooking the Steak Bites
  1. Sear the seasoned steak in the hot pan for about 3-4 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
  2. Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic, stirring until the butter melts and the garlic becomes fragrant for about 1-2 minutes.
Cooking the Fries
  1. Fry or bake your French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden.
Serving

Notes
