Ingredients
  

Beef Marinade
  • 1.5 lbs beef steak, cut into bite-sized cubes Use cuts like sirloin or ribeye for tenderness.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free option.
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • 2 pcs red chili peppers, sliced Add more for spice.
Fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries Blanch in boiling water for crispy texture.
  • Vegetable oil for frying Vegetable oil for frying Ensure not to overcrowd the pan.
Eggs
  • 2 large eggs Cook sunny-side up.
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beef cubes, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Fries: Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or air fryer. Carefully fry the potato strips until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Sear the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until caramelized. In the last minute of cooking, add in the sliced chili peppers.
  2. Fry the Eggs: In the same skillet, crack in the eggs sunny-side up. Cook until the whites are set and the yolk remains soft.
Assembly
  1. On a serving plate, arrange the garlic chili beef bites, crispy fries, and sunny-side up eggs. Top with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, you can freeze the beef bites for up to 2 months.
