For the Broccoli
  • 3 cups broccoli florets Steaming maximizes nutrients.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to create a fragrant marinade. Ensure each drumstick is fully coated.
Baking
  1. Arrange the marinated drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, turning them halfway through.
Broccoli Preparation
  1. While the chicken bakes, steam or sauté the broccoli until tender-crisp and season with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Finishing
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, melt butter in a bowl and stir in fresh parsley. Brush this mixture over the chicken for added flavor.
Serving
